Dear Animal Welfare Organization, I am writing to respectfully request your organization’s urgent review of a reported severe animal-cruelty case involving a gentle stray mother dog known as WangWang and her puppies in Jieyang, Guangdong, China. The case has caused widespread concern among animal-welfare supporters in China and around the world. A related Change.org petition has received tens of thousands of signatures, and supporters are asking credible international organizations to independently review the publicly available information. Reviewing the publicly available information concerning this case; 2. Contacting relevant local organizations or authorities for clarification and follow-up; 3. Issuing a public statement if the information is independently verified; 4. Including this case in advocacy concerning animal-cruelty prevention, youth violence intervention, responsible guardianship and stronger legal protection for stray and companion animals; 5. Amplifying the petition or related educational information if your organization considers it credible and appropriate. This request is not intended to encourage harassment, vigilantism or the disclosure of any minor’s personal information. We are asking for lawful and evidence-based accountability, meaningful rehabilitation and education, responsible guardianship, transparent follow-up and stronger protection for vulnerable animals.
